Just like the internet and life, within the voluntary matrix of our own contributions, there is beauty in the metaverse, and their is controversy, brilliant innovations, failed efforts, intrusion, love and normal people who can’t believe the worst of humanity, even when they have to look the other way to avoid their transgressions.
However, to overlook the potential of the metaverse for artistic expression, inspiration, scholarship, the expansion of the individual’s experience base or the opportunity for free association…out of concern for exposure to a lack of decorum, or some infringement on boundaries of polite sensibilities…might be an unfortunate waste of opportunity.
“People generally see what they look for, and hear what they listen for.”
